Does my membership auto renew?
If you have a monthly or 3 months membership to Private.com it will be automatically renewed on the expiry date, whereas an annual membership will not auto renew after it has expired. You will be notified via e-mail just before the expiry date as to the status of your membership. If you wish to remove the auto renew on your membership you can do so at any time by going to cancel your account
How do I get my login details?
Once you sign up a user name and password will be emailed to the email address you have provided. Please make sure our e-mail does not end in your junk box.
I forgot my user id/password?
If you have forgotten your User ID or Password send an email to support@privatecs.com to retreive it.
Please make sure to include your correct username in the email.
How do I cancel my membership?
By following the instructions, your membership will no longer be auto-renewed and the membership will expire when the next payment is due.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time.
If your membership to Private.com started BEFORE May 18th 2010, please send an e-mail to infoCS@private.com to cancel your membership.
If your membership to Private.com started AFTER May 18th 2010:

What are the billing options?
Private provides two main billing options: credit card and direct debit. Your credit card will be billed in Euros, American dollars or British pounds depending on your location in the world. For confidentiality the transaction name that will appear on your credit card statement will be either PRV-TE +34935830183, COLDFAIRHO, EPOCH.COM, EPOCHEU.COM or webbilling.com.
Direct debit is available for the following countries: Germany, UK, Austria, Netherlands and Spain.

What name will appear on my credit card?
For confidentiality, the name that will appear on your credit card statement will be either PRV-TE +34935830183, COLDFAIRHO, EPOCH.COM, EPOCHEU.COM or webbilling.com. All charges will be in Euros, US dollars or British Pounds depending on your location.
Do you sell or distribute my name to any third parties?
At Private, your privacy is paramount. We will not distribute or sell our customer list to any third party.
How do I know my credit card transaction will be safe?
